As a lot of people already know, stress or mental tiredness, provoked by the need of reaching a better performance at work or just in our lives, sometimes end up affecting physically and mentally our health. Some of the most common symptoms due to stress are reflected on emotions, for example, where anxiety and depression are sadly protagonist, or thoughts the fear of failure or problems to keep focused. But stress also affects the physical part of our selves through headaches, insomnia and other illnesses able to affect our oral health.
