SnowTrex has evaluated 60,000 sets of customer data from the winter season 2015/16 to find out which resorts are the most popular with couples, families and groups. French low-budget resorts in the Maurienne Valley, Belledone, and above all Chamrousse, are the top players.

Seeing that families and groups mainly choose French destinations is down to the very good price-service ratio with these offers. British families will spend an average of 410 Euro and groups 430 Euro per person. Couples also like the French destinations, but are prepared to spend more with an average of 470 Euro per person. In comparison to the international results, couples will budget with an average of 510 Euro, families with 450 Euro and groups with 410 Euro per person.
