El Naturalista 2015 Spring-Summer collection

Last September, Navarra, San Juan de Luz and Biarritz in the Pyrénées Atlantiques were protagonists of the photo shoot for the new Spring / Summer 2015 collection of  El Naturalista, conducted by the renowned photographer from Navarra Mikel Muruzabal, recently awarded in TEN  international competition, organized by Fotolia Image Bank.

In Pamplona, Déjàvu Models posed with shoes in emblematic places such as Parque de la Media Luna or Huertas de la Magdalena, urban nature. Beautiful photos from the Basoa Suites facilities that are suspended in the trees with the magic of an ancient forest in the Valle de Ultzama.

San Juan de Luz and Biarritz in the French Basque coast, with its marked glamorous and stylish look, the coast, cuisine, architecture, culture and values fostered an ideal scenario to enjoy with our creative team and real characters that make this campaign a feast of colors and life. El Naturalista Shoes is a quintaessencialy of the traditional shoemaker with a total respect vision for the nature and the human being. Making a pair of their shoes is a complex choreography in which numerous people take part.

Each shoe is a puzzle of multiple pieces which are cut, sewn and assembled with the greatest precision. In a world where everyone is in a hurry, they are committed to manual processes and superb finishing. As a quality guarantee for all their products, they do manufacture 100% of the shoes in three production sites, thus facilitating innovation in processes, a higher quality product and a better relationship with our suppliers.

Their own factories are in two locations with a deep-rooted shoemaking tradition: La Rioja in Spain and Tangier in Morocco. Geographically distant places that are united by a common purpose: leather goods. They make their shoes together and, in the process, they strengthen intercultural links. By in doing so, they «pledge their commitment to the diversity and local economic development of the countries of the South».

El Naturalista works the leather manually. This is the secret of the unique finish of their products which has led to El Naturalista being recognised at world level. Leathers all, without exception, come from animals that have been raised for food.  For this S/S 2015 Collection El Naturalista presents The LINE WAVE the footprint of the sea represented by the wave. For simple and elegant man, where details make the difference and where sustainability is represented with the absence of parts and materials. With NAT-FIT insoles termomoldeable which adapts perfectly to each foot. Available in leather or VEGAN with bamboo fiber.
