Last week was the Cobbler Concierge debut , a premiere destination for luxury shoe and handbag repair providing clients with an online booking platform that delivers quality service straight to their door. From broken heels and worn soles to tapering boots and refinishing handbags, Cobbler Concierge offers unsurpassed craftsmanship with every repair by using the finest materials including Italian leather and weather-resistant rubber.

The service features a three-step process. After placing an order online, Cobbler Concierge will ship you a pre-paid box.  Clients will then pack their items (that need repair) and mail the box back.  Once the order is completed, Cobbler Concierge ships the finished product straight to your door. Cobbler Concierge will repair any issue or set of issues for one price and a discounted price for up to five additional items based on volume.

Cobbler Concierge has updated a traditional business model to service their discerning but time-crunched consumer in an efficient, cost-effective way. The new e-commerce site will provide users with a dedicated customer concierge team and expert cobblers. Clients will have the ability to track their repairs with before and after photo updates for a seamless and interactive process.
