Fashion brands are increasingly turning to customisation as a strategy to give shoppers the thrill of something different and to boost customer loyalty. The latest addition to the trend is the Pretty Ballerinas ‘Bespoke Bridal Collection’. According to the brand, the idea arose when Úrsula Mascaró sat down with model Alba Carrillo to design the shoes for her wedding to tennis player Feliciano López.

The new Pretty Ballerinas bespoke shoe collection can be designed a month in advance and comes in two heel heights, 11cm and 7cm. You can also choose the colour and material, and embroider a message on each shoe to make them unique and unforgettable.

To keep up the tradition of brides wearing “something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue”, the Pretty Ballerinas signature pink soles have been replaced on this occasion with sky blue.

The Bespoke Bridal Collection is a twist on the Pretty Ballerinas concept exhibited at the recent Momad Metropolis, where the ballet flat brand once again revealed its endless inventive capacities with a Spring/Summer 2016 collection with track soles and up-to-the-minute sneakers. Having reached a grand total of 80 of its own shops worldwide after opening its first Eco Café Shop in Belgrade, it now has plans to open more PoS in Dubai, Kuala Lumpur and Barcelona by the end of the year.
