Delpozo, Exclusively for Net-a-Porter
The Spanish prêt-à-couture brand designs its first ad hoc capsule collection for the luxury online retailer.
In June, Net-a-porter.com is launching its first special Delpozo collection. Strong colour splashes and refined modern silhouettes are part of the special language used by the Spanish prêt-à-couture brand in this eight-piece capsule collection which mixes prêt-à-porter influence with couture workmanship. The outfits range from shirt dresses in the brand’s signature poplin to silk tulle evening gowns worn with crop tops and short ottoman trousers.
«The idea was to create an exclusive organic collection. The luxury retailer has supported our brand from the outset, and I wanted to make something bold but feminine — the perfect summer clothes for a modern woman”, explains Delpozo’s creative director Josep Font.
For Net-a-porter, Buying Manager Sasha Sarokin adds, «Delpozo is the number-one prêt-à-couture brand with all the glamour and creativity of a bygone era, the antithesis of casual luxury. Josep’s designs are exquisite and appeal to our Net-a-Porter customers, who are fashion experts”.
Delpozo has been showcasing its collections at New York Fashion Week since 2012. It has flagship stores in Madrid and Miami and is available from renowned retailers all over world, like Bergdorf Goodman, Lane Crawford, Harvey Nichols, Browns, Galeries Lafayette and Tsum, as well as from online platforms Net-a-Porter and Moda Operandi.
