Pronovias Launches «Flagship» in Rome

The Spanish bridalwear leader sets up shop in the iconic home of Italian newspaper Il Messaggero, while touring the world with the #PronoviasItBrides project, courtesy of top influencers.

Pronovias moves from one milestone to the next. The Spanish bridalwear brand already operates in 105 countries, where it has 155 shops and more than 4,000 points of sale. Now, after pulling out all the stops for its golden anniversary in 2014, it is expanding in Germany with an opening on Berlin’s chic Kurfürstendamm, and making its New York Bridal Week debut.

And the list goes on: Pronovias has just opened a flagship store in the historic building that houses Italy’s Il Messaggero newspaper, between Via del Tritone and Via Traforo in Rome. The new 250sqm boutique, designed in partnership with interior designer Lázaro Rosa-Violán, is divided into five areas and has nine fitting rooms.

Just a few weeks earlier, Pronovias launched #PronoviasItBrides, a continuation of the bridal concept initially presented by blogger Chiara Ferragni, the first “Pronovias It Bride”. The project aims to help every bride find her own “IT BRIDE” style, letting top influencers present looks from the Atelier Pronovias and Pronovias 2016 collections.

They include America’s Whitney Port, Rumin Neely of Fashion Toast, Danielle Bernstein of We Wore What and Jennifer Grace of Native Fox, Europe’s Anna Lea Popp, founder of Fashionhippieloves (Germany) and Tamara Kalinic Bon Vivant of Theglamandglitter (UK), Madison Ramaget of 101 things girls like (France) and digital influencer-cum-singer Patricia Manfield of The Atelier (Italy).

Iconic local settings like the Brooklyn Bridge in New York, Berlin’s Brandenburg Gate, Paris’s romantic Eiffel Tower and London’s famous Big Ben have been chosen for the initiative and you can see the results on “Pronovias It Brides” social network profiles and across all the platforms where the brand is represented. In its bid to carry on innovating, Pronovias is also the first company in the bridal sector to offer online sales services in Spain, catering for its cocktail dress and accessory lines. It also has a special customer service exclusively for the platform.
