From 11 to 19 February, New York is in vogue than ever. Considered more open and receptive to new ideas on the fashion circuit than any other show, it is also a strategic showcase for Spanish brands looking for their place on the global scene.

Kicking off the catwalk shows will be Desigual. After hitting 080 Barcelona Fashion and MBFW Madrid, its signature designs will be releasing endorphins, and generating energy and good spirits on the runway. The USA is the number-one global market for Custo Barcelona, which will be taking the baton from Desigual at the Salon, with an unmistakeable mix of innovation, daring and sophistication in its use of colour and prints.

Etxeberria also will be unveiling its new collection in the Pavilion. At this second consecutive appearance on the New York runway, the Spanish designer will showcase his unusual, emphatic and contemporary take on men’s tailoring, made from leather.

Pedro del Hierro Madrid made its big global move in September 2013 with its NYFW debut.  This time, it will be revealing its Autumn/Winter 2015-16 collection, the fourth since Carmen March took the creative helm. Josep Font will be stirring emotions with another of his delicately dreamlike collections for Delpozo, with a fashion show at the IAC Building, 555 West 18th Street. New York, let the show begin!
