Neroli From Vallauris
Cultivated in Provence, Christian Dior’s adopted land, neroli gives J’adore Eau de Toilette its unique radiant warmth.
At Vallauris, neroli has a history of savoir-faire and tradition that stretches back generations that was once the glory of the region. “The neroli of Vallauris has unique facets and an unparalleled power. It’s sparkling, with a resonating top note thanks to its zesty floral nature,” explains François Demachy.
So it wasn’t a surprise that Dior’s exclusive perfumer-creator should, among others, choose this orange flower essence to highlight the composition of J’adore Eau de Toilette.
By making it the signature flower of this fresh and radiant fragrance, the Dior perfume House is seeking to give impetus to an exceptional tradition.
«Dior has a duty to do all it can to preserve a rare savoir-faire. The olfactory qualities of Vallauris neroli don’t need to be proven for they are unique and renowned. It is simply about conserving a terroir and its activities,” says François Demachy.
