The Park City, UT mansion of ABC News correspondent and six-time Emmy winner Bill Redeker has managed to secure an owner the old-fashioned way just days before it was set to hit the auction block on June 13.
8 Ruby Hollow, the five-bedroom, eight-bathroom, ski-in/ski-out estate was custom-designed by the city’s current mayor and acclaimed architect, Jack Thomas. The estate sits on top of Deer Valley’s Flagstaff Mountain and offers the longest ski run frontage in the exclusive Red Cloud gated-community. The property was last listed at $11.75 million.
The 8,100-square-foot mansion includes a four-sided vaulted fireplace that divides the main floor into four open living and dining areas.
