Anton Heunis Adds Bags to His Nostalgic Universe

The designs feature proudly at over 500 points of sale in more than 40 countries, including iconic stores like Harvey Nichols, Galleries Lafayette, Tsum and Luisaviaroma. To crown the celebrations marking the brand’s tenth anniversary last year, these were joined by its own online shop, whose major international clients are currently Scandinavia, the UK, France and the USA.

The fine leather bags come in shades of beige and black, can be handheld or hung over the shoulder with a chain and are inset with designer fashion jewellery, including gold-plated inlay, Swarovski crystal and semiprecious stones.

The capsule collection has met with acclaim at Première Classe and could now expand to include additional designs, as Anton Heunis is considering ad-hoc designs for distributors.

The new bag line will be available alongside the four Spring/Summer 2016 jewellery collections: ‘Turkish Delight’ is a colourful line featuring the lucky eye; Fritz Lang’s ‘Metropolis’ inspires mechanistic pieces; the Little Black Dress offers timelessly elegant designs in black and white, and ‘Boho bling’ brings back a long-standing summer trend with bohemian jewellery that combines cords with Swarovski crystal.
