Platinum Luxury Auctions, a leading auction firm specializing in the sale of non-distressed, multimillion-dollar properties, has announced the August 22, 2015 auction of a magnificent, 15-acre point lot mansion known as Eagle Point, located in the Thousand Islands, Ontario, Canada. Previously offered for C$22.9 million, the estate will now be sold to the highest bidder at or above the auction’s reserve price of C$7.9 million. Platinum is conducting the sale in cooperation with listing agent Robert R. Stephens of Ontario firm RE/MAX Real Estate Centre, Inc.

Creating the Eagle Point estate was truly an undertaking, and required extensive modifications to prepare the site for development, including the use of dynamite blasting.
