Built upon 10 expansive Nevada acres, the Primm Ranch is comprised of two sub-dividable parcels, extraordinary accommodations and amenities and more than 21,000 square feet of living space including a total of 12 bedrooms and 19 bathrooms. Upon driving through the main gates, visitors are immediately welcomed by dancing fountains and lush landscaping punctuated by palm trees, fruit trees, and grapevines, all of which are fed by the property’s two irrigation wells and ample water rights.
